Job description / Role
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
- Understanding clients' needs and developing design concepts in consultation with the client and establishing final briefs.
- Considering materials and costs according to set budgets and negotiating project fees;
- Researching and gathering information and photographs relating to the project;
- Sourcing products.
- Preparing detailed working drawings, designs, plans, models and schemes, often using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Working in a team with other designers.
- Identifying new business and selling services to potential clients.
- Keeping up to date with new developments in the design industry.
Requirements
- Entry level (fresh grad / 1 yr. Experience is a plus)
- Degree in Architecture / Interior Design
- Creative and Strong Conceptual Skills.
- Able to work under pressure and can multitask.
- Has excellent organisational skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written)
- Knowledgeable in the ff programs: auto cad & 3dsmax, vray
