Junior Stakeholder Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Stakeholder Engineer to join our team. As a Junior Stakeholder Engineer, you will be responsible for managing relationships with various stakeholders and ensuring their needs and requirements are met. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with different teams and individuals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, customers, and internal teams
- Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements and feedback to inform project planning and decision-making
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure stakeholder needs are integrated into project plans and deliverables
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns
- Identify and resolve conflicts or issues that may arise with stakeholders in a professional and diplomatic manner
- Contribute to the development of stakeholder engagement strategies and plans
- Ensure compliance with stakeholder-related regulations and policies

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience in stakeholder management or customer relations is a plus
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently when necessary
- Strong organizational and time management skills
