Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for a Kaizen Manager to become part of our Kaizen and PDI Operation Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing one Kaizen programme within the network. This will involve developing process flow charts to explain the current and desired process and conducting a time and motion study to analyse it at both Macro and Micro level. You will be required to road show periodically to share all of the knowledge and benefits in the network whislt rolling out pilot projects.

You will ensure that customers receive cars in pristine condition, free from defects and delivered on time whilst aligning to the company vision for Customer and Employee engagement.

Requirements

You will hold a Bachelor's Degree preferably within the automotive field and will have at least four years relevent experience within the automotive industry. You will have proven experience of Toyota Kaizen programmes and the ability to manage projects from beginning to end.

This role will have changing priorities and you will therefore need to able to demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced environment, structure your time and handle pressure accordingly.
