Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

We are currently looking for a Kaizen Operations Manager who will lead the Kaizen team and manage the implementation of all projects as per the timeline in the After Sales Network. You will be responsible to develop Kaizen process in PDI and Logistics Operation to reduce the lead time and improve on time delivery rate. In order to be successful in this role you will develop KPIs for projects ensuring alignment with the business future plans, you will engage associates by showing them the benefits, implementation steps and by jointly developing countermeasure of the Kaizen projects and you will develop process flow charts to explain the current and desired process and conducting a time and motion study to analyse it at both Macro and Micro level.

You will manage the training plan and compile reports to visualise status of activities on a daily basis whilst managing stakeholder engagement and providing input on OASIS, working closely on CSEA programmes.

Requirements

You will hold a Master's Degree and will have at least eight years relevant experience within the automotive industry preferably within Toyota. You will have proven experience of Toyota Kaizen programmes and the ability to lead projects from beginning to end whilst simultaneously managing a big team.

You will have proven experience of building and maintaining relationships, managing your own time effectively and adjusting your priorities as appropriate. Crisis Management skills will be required at times along with the ability to handle pressure.
