Job description / Role
Ken Fix It (Maintenance) up to 1.8k++ Aed for a Four-Star Luxury Hotel in Uae
• POSITION: Ken Fix It (Maintenance)
• SALARY: 1,800 AED plus service charge, accommodation, transportation and meals
• HIRING COMPANY: Four-Star Luxury Hotel
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Assist with hotels maintenance work as directed
• Maintain the equipment and tools in good order and to maintain all stores organized
• Share in the implementation of the training programs that will result in better productivity and better work environment
• Ensure engineering area is safe, kept clean and in an orderly manner
• Keep close coordination with other engineering staff for smooth operation
• Follow guest room preventive maintenance checklist to individually complete rooms' preventative maintenance process for guest rooms in efficient and effective manner
Requirements
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male, below 35 years old
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor/High school diploma or any certified training in general maintenance works
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a full-service hotel
• Self-motivated with a hands-on and flexible approach
• Must be pro-active and reliable
• Able to find the root cause of the issues and have attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
