Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Implement the Vision & Growth Glide-path in alignment with the National Sales Manager, implementing the regions ’Go-to-market’ Channel Strategies for achieving the objectives
• Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends of Private label category
• Responsible for establishing short, medium and long-term strategy for the private label
• Get closer to the consumer by understanding their behavior and addressing the need gaps via relevant offerings.
• Optimize the private label and agency product vendor network.
• Actively support the private label business in monitoring performance on key actions as laid in strategic and operating plans and identify opportunities within the specified market.
• Responsible for the overall private label sales function with regards to planning, development, in-market implementation, and long-term business plans.
• Plan & deploy category & channel specific action plans with private label customers.
• Closely coordinate with internal departments to ensure translation of company objectives in market actions, rather than focusing on limitations.
• Thorough knowledge of price structure working/ value-chain price working

Requirements

• Experience: 2-4 years’ Private Label Sales experience in GCC out of which 1-2 years in handling Key Accounts/ Middle Trade supervisory role within UAE. Should have deep knowledge of Private label business.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people from multiple backgrounds and nationalities.
• The job requires travel within UAE and or within the region
• Passion for growth
• Ability to execute with discipline
• Championing continuous process improvement
• Should have UAE Driver’s License
