Job description / Role
Position Title: Key Account Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15,000 AED depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Role:
• Reporting directly to the Sales Director
• Managing and motivating distributors across the UAE including sell in, sell out, stock and sales team within the distributor
• Enhancing existing RTM and opening new channels across the UAE
• Managing the distributor by ensuring that in store activities are being executed according to brand guidelines and Marketing / Promo Marketing calendar
• Advising the Distributor Trade marketing teams on developing NPDs across the UAE
• Developing and tracking Analysis related to the brand, business, and customers
• Having Modern and Traditional trade experience in distribution
• Having dealt and managed distributors
Requirements
Requirements:
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree graduate in any related field
• With at least 7 years of FMCG distributor management experience in the UAE
• With strong P&L Exposure, people management, distribution and trade marketing and account management skills
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills
