Key Account Manager - AF Motors - After Sales - Abu Dhabi

We are currently looking to recruit a Key Accounts Manager (KAM) to join Al-Futtaim Motors' Parts Department in Abu Dhabi. As a member of the management team of the parts business, the KAM will be responsible for building the business to business sales of genuine parts in the UAE market. Ensuring that AFM-Parts is seen as a benchmark in the UAE automotive market, you would lead a team of motivated and engaged employees to perform at their peak and deliver business expectations consistently.

The key Accountabilities of this role are to achieve the overall sales target through bulk selling in order to achieve the gross margin. You will be responsible for the growth of the business within new markets and and will manage debtors to ensure the outstanding balances remain at nil. You will monitor the market and competitors in order to implement effective sales strategy whilst ensuring compliance and sales process are maintained.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a graduate or post graduate and will have a minimum of eight years experience within the industry, two of which should be in a managerial position.

It is essential that you are knowledgeable in the local genuine parts market and that you have experience of business to business selling within the parts industry. You will have a strong sales personality with the ability to negotiate and provide solutions to multiple existing and potential clients.
