Employment: Full Time

The successful applicant is responsible for independently develop and manage the Mobile Segment in assigned Key Accounts. Responsibility would include taking ownership of trade marketing in Key Accounts which will lead to sales target achievement and manage shared resources in the most efficient way for superior service to key customers to achieve strategic directions of the company. Additional responsibility will also include managing promoters (and their targets) assigned to the key accounts, visibility in stores, display matrix implementation, distributor coordination, stock management and regular reporting.

- ISS Management of assigned retailers in line with country M/S objectives.
- Budget & Promotion Management to control optimum WOS.
- Enhance in-store consumer experience.

Requirements

- Bachelor/Master Degree in Marketing with minimum 3 years experience in Channel Sales & Field Marketing activities, preferably in Mobile phones business or other Electronics/IT industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus and strong ability to engage and communicate with all Mobile Channel Actors (Partners, Dealers, Salesmen & End-users).
- Demonstrates a high level of productivity and quality.
- Multitasks effectively.
- Strong drive for results, combined with a creative approach to problem solving and marketing management.
- Priority setting & problem solving.
