Key Account Manager - Middle East
The role is responsible for managing and growing new and existing accounts and for the acquisition of new accounts in the region.

Our client is a leading company known for premium jewelry, watches and fashion accessories.
Description
Overall responsibility to manage accounts in the region as well as the local online multichannel players.
* Manage sell-in and sell-out for all accounts in line with global guidelines. Support the local Merchandising team in defining the seasonal assortments for the accounts by providing feedback on customer/market needs.
* Responsible to facilitate replenishments and ensuring right stock levels to drive sustainable results.
* Build and foster strong relationship with customers through regular follow-ups, meetings as well as at sales event.
* Lead the acquisition of new accounts. Drive the overall negotiation with new partners.
* Orchestrate and drives the overall negotiation with partners in regards to terms and conditions based on the given framework defined by the Global Commercial Management team.
* Consolidate all relevant information for new store openings.
* Conduct market visits to motivate and train the POS staff, complete visitation reports and optimize the retail execution through KPI's and VM.

Requirements
* 3+ years in a similar role
* Extensive Account Management Experience / B2B experience
* Strong lateral management, motivating and influencing skills
* Advanced numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organizational and analytical skills
* Strong business development mindset and negotiations skills
* Arabic is a plus
