Position Title: Key Accounts Lead

Salary: up to 18K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
One of the leading freight shipment brokerage firms for luxury cars, based in Dubai
Job Description:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understand clients' needs and provide tailored solutions for the transportation of luxury cars.
- Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
- Regularly conduct business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze market data to identify potential growth areas and opportunities for differentiation to have an up-to-date report to the leadership team.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of strong sales background in shipping, logistics, or corporate
- Excellent communication skills and highly presentable
- Comfortable with following deadlines in a busy environment
