Based in the UAE, our client is the GCC’s market-leading contract manufacturer of home and personal care products. The company started out as a sub-division more than 30 years ago and has undergone a major transition from powder detergent manufacturer to hi-tech, multi-process contract manufacturer for several leading brand owners.

With their unique vision to produce high quality products ‘in the region, for the region’, their huge year-on-year success convinced their shareholders to expand production. Today, while detergent powder manufacturing is still one of the core activities, they now operate five other high-tech, multi-process plants

Responsibilities:

Leadership:
- Lead cross functional teams to deliver on customer programs.
- Develop close Personal Relationships with Key Customers globally.
- Develop business improvement opportunities

Business Excellence (Performance):
- Meet agreed sales targets.
- Negotiate effectively with the customers to best managed pricing and terms and conditions of our sales.
- Uncover new opportunities for the company

Personal Development:
- Learn and understand the Miller/ Heiman method of strategic selling.
- Produce account plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively internally and externally.

Planning & Execution:
- Forecast existing customer sales.
- Develop new opportunities for the company
- Budget the new sales.
- Close the new sales arrangements with signed contracts

Will be reporting directly to Head of Contract Sales.

Requirements

Our client is looking for 2 candidates.

One will be based in the UAE and will focus on Middle Eastern markets.
And the other can be based in the UAE or Switzerland and will be focusing on European markets.

Candidates that are interested in focusing on the European markets will have to be able to speak French or German along with English Fluently.

Applicants for the European market position must hold a European/Western passport that allows them to travel freely through Europe with no prior visa application.

Successful candidates will also be working with Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Warehouse, Quality NPD and other sales executives.

- Minimum 5 years experience in material planning and customer services, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Should have experience in FMCG products.
- Bachelor degree is required.
- Knowledge of supply chain techniques
- Customer service background
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high intensity environment.
- Strong communication skills, Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP), knowledge of MS office
