Job description / Role
An Arabic food chain Restaurant in UAE is seeking to recruit a Central Kitchen Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Must be knowledgeable in all Dubai Municipality arrangement and policies
• Must have a database of suppliers in both food, beverage, utilities, interior decoration/fit-out, etc.
• Must have Central Kitchen experience
• Product Price Management and Margin Analysis
• Purchasing/Supply Chain Management
• Staff Management
• Responsible for Production and Dispatch Efficiency.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 9,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: Acommodation + Food + Medical + Air Tickets
Requirements
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Kitchen Manager and 5 years overall in UAE
• Arabic National (Jordanian, Lebanese, Palestinian, Syrian)
• Strong Communication Skills
• Responsible for Production and Dispatch Efficiency.
