About the Client:
A high-end casual dining restaurant
Job Description:
• Responsible for central kitchen operations, P&L, staff, suppliers, inventory, stocking and preparing LPO etc.
• Understanding, preparation and execution of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures that meets company standards of catering production
• Responsible for health, safety, and food hygiene practices
• Preparation and maintaining quality standards, sanitation and cleanliness, training and supervising of team members
• Control food cost and usage by following proper usage of products, product storage procedures, standard recipes, and waste
Requirements
Position Title: Kitchen Manager / Head Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 15K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE
Qualifications:
• Male, 50 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in culinary or any related course and certifications
• At least 3 years’ experience from catering, cloud kitchen or central kitchen; start-up career as Chef is a must
• Well-versed in culinary arts with expertise in international cuisine on catering level
