Job description / Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Tailor to join our team. As a Master Tailor, you will be responsible for creating and altering high-quality garments, ensuring excellent fit and finish.

Your expertise in tailoring techniques, attention to detail, and commitment to craftsmanship will be essential in providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
• Create custom garments, including suits, dresses, jackets, Pants, bridal dress and shirts, according to clients' specifications.
• Take precise measurements and conduct fittings to ensure garments fit properly.
• Interpret and follow clients' requests, paying close attention to their preferences and style.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on fabric selection, design options, and styling.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as designers and seamstresses, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and storage of fabrics and tools.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Master Tailor, with a minimum of 10 years in the field.
• Proficient in traditional tailoring techniques, including pattern making, cutting, fitting, and sewing.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric types, and their properties.
• Excellent sewing skills, with the ability to work with different fabrics and handle complex alterations.
• Detail oriented mindset, ensuring precision and accuracy in all aspects of tailoring.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
• Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate clients' needs and requests.
• Passion for craftsmanship and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
