Landscape Supervisor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a Landscape Supervisor who is passionate about garden work and experienced in supervising landscaping projects. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and committed to ensuring the highest standards in garden and landscape maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards.
• Conduct on-site inspections for landscaping and garden maintenance to ensure quality and compliance.
• Monitor the maintenance and proper use of equipment and tools.
• Participate in hands-on garden and landscaping tasks when required.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the landscaping team.
• Supervise a team of gardeners in day-to-day gardening tasks.
• Plan and schedule gardening activities, ensuring timely completion.
• Train and mentor gardening staff, fostering skill development.
• Monitor and maintain garden landscapes, including planting, pruning, weeding, and watering.
• Implement pest and disease control measures as necessary.
• Create and maintain garden designs and layouts.
• Manage inventory, including plant and equipment supplies.
• Oversee garden maintenance budgets and expenses.
• Communicate effectively with clients or management regarding garden-related matters.
• Perform occasional hands-on gardening tasks as needed

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of garden work and landscaping techniques.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in supervising landscaping projects in UAE.
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Willingness to perform site inspections and hands-on work.
• Detail-oriented and committed to high-quality standards.
• Effective communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious.
