Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

Letter of Credit Management:
• Verify and review the contents of Letters of Credit (LC) issued by the designated banks (DBs).
• Ensure compliance with LC terms and conditions.
• Liaise with banks and stakeholders to resolve any discrepancies in LC documents.

Shipping Documentation:
• Prepare accurate and timely shipping documents for construction and mining equipment destined for designated banks.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to ensure seamless document preparation.

Import Documentation:
• Facilitate the preparation of documents required for importing construction and mining equipment.
• Collaborate with customs and logistics teams to ensure compliance with import regulations.

Order Processing:
• Input and register orders received from designated banks into the system.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

Marketing Support:
• Provide general marketing support to the sales and marketing team.
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• 3 to 5 years of experience in marketing or sales.
• Prior experience in heavy equipment or a related industry is advantageous.
• Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Patience, persistence, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Diploma, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in a relevant field.
