Job description / Role
To take the lead role as Lead Commercial Manager for a major new mixed use development combing both buildings and infrastructure.
Excellent opportunity to work for a leading client side organisation and successfully manage a major programme from inception to completion.
The ideal candidate will have been at least a senior member of the commercial team for a programme management consultant or client side company. Previous Middle East experience is preferred but not essential.
The successful candidate will have been in a senior role during the post contract phase of a major construction programme and seen it through to completion.
The successful applicant will be degree and MRICS qualified and have at least 15 years quantity surveying and commercial management experience.

Essential Requirements
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
* MRICS qualified
* Minimum 15 years experience
* Major Programme experience with a leading Programme management company
* Strong Post Contract experience
* Excellent knowledge of commercial management of developments at the programme level
* Excellent contractual knowledge and good understanding of the programme controls including risk management
* Commercially managed projects from inception to completion
