Job description / Role
Our client, a leading company in the UAE, is looking to hire a Lead Contracts Engineer to join their growing team in Dubai.
As a Lead Contracts Engineer, your role is to provide high level of understanding of legal and technical issues in order to resolve disputes and resolve complex commercial issues.
Requirements
In order to qualify for the role, you should have a Degree in Law or any relevant Bachelor of Science Degree. The ideal candidate must have at least 10 years contracts experience in Oil & Gas operations, Engineering, Drilling or Similar Industries. Preference will be given to candidates who had an extensive experience in the preparation and negotiation of tenders/contracts of small/medium/large scale projects with complex and diversity. Good Knowledge of contract law, Oil & gas contract terms and condition is a plus. A native English speaker is preferred,
