Lead Project Manager - Major Infrastructure Projects
Working for a leading international consultant, this role is for an experienced Senior Project Manager with excellent experience in infrastructure projects that ideally includes a good mix of roads, highways, bridges and tunnels. The role will be an senior role to lead a significant section of a mega infrastructure project as part of the PMC team.
The role will involve working closely with the client and also include coordinating with the Design team and managing the construction contractors to ensure the successful and timely delivery of the project. The role will require a strong focus on delivery for the full project life cycle and will include value engineering, and close liaison with the design team and management of the construction plan to ensure everyone has the correct information at the right time to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Requirements
This role will suit an experienced lead senior project Manager from a consultant or major international contractor background with an excellent track record in Design and Delivery mega infrastructure projects. They will have a quality focused project delivery style and will be well used to seeing complicated projects through to completion
* Degree Qualified in civil engineering or equivalent level qualification in a relevant subject
* At least 15 Years experience during which there must be extensive infrastructure project experience
* Broad design and construction knowledge of highways and infrastructure projects.
* Excellent full life cycle project delivery experience
* Experience with Major Consultants or Management Contractors
* Quality Focused
* Stable track record must not have jumped from job to job and be able to demonstrate managing projects from inception to completion.
* Fluent in written and spoken English
