Job description / Role
Our client is a leading multinational training academy that provides soft skills and technical skill training to it's blue chip corporate clients.
They require leadership and team building, executive coaching, performance measurement, succession planning, change management, culture awareness, negotiation skills, selling skills, communication skills, presentation skills, problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution - organisations are looking for workshops, interactive training methodology, role play including classroom training with a combination of traditional and modern training techniques / theories.
In some instances the content will be provided but there is also the opportunity to create your own content to deliver.
Requirements
Candidates should have extensive experience as both a trainer mixed with practical business experience. Qualifications such as MBA's and executive coaching qualifications will be highly favored for certain courses.
