Learning and Development Manager

The Role

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Leaning and Development Manger in Abu Dhabi. You will report to the Group Head of L&D and travel regularly around the GCC.

This role is involved in defining, sourcing, designing and managing L&D solutions and Talent Management initiatives to meet regional business needs whilst ensuring development activity is aligned and delivered in a way that is consistent with group L&D strategy. You will influence the group graduate development programs, liaise with Key stakeholders to define and analyse training requirements as well as building annual training plans and working with Group HR to facilitate regional training programs.


The successful candidate should have a minimum of five years L&D experience including designing and delivering training programs. You should be a strong communicator with excellent negotiation and influencing skills. You should also be able to work autonomously and adopt a pro active, flexible working approach. This role is ideal for individuals looking for career growth within a leading global company and would be best suited to individuals who are happy to travel frequently within the MENA region.
