Job Description

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
- Facilitate company training programs and ensure standards are followed.
- Ensure training materials are up to date.
- Ensure all team member training, documentation and testing is completed in the required time frame.
- Create and develop training materials and programs to meet the needs of the hotel.
- Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
- Follow all safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field required, preferably within hotel environment.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required.
- University/College degree in a related discipline preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
