Job description / Role
NTS Group are working with a highly renowned and reputable client in the region, on a critical Learning and Development Director role. Working at a Group Director level, this role will report into the VP of HR and will look after a diversified portfolio of products within the company. You will sit in one of their key strategic locations forming part of corporate HR in partnership with the senior leadership team, whilst driving learning strategies to facilitate change and increase capability.
The role will be involved in building end to end learning solutions and implementing a learning framework whilst also acting as a strategic partner to the leadership team. You will work alongside the CEO as well as various stakeholders in the execution of key projects, contributing to the wider HR programs and strategy. Working in a corporate role, you will align the strategy with the business objects and continue to build a progressive and reputable function. Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have previously held a director or regional position within a well-regarded Multi National or blue-chip. You will be comfortable navigating a highly matrixed environment and will have a proven track record of designing and developing regional programs as well as executing and marketing these.
Western educated candidates from a retail, luxury or hospitality background are strongly preferred and only candidates who have experience as a regional, director or global level will be considered. For this role, the salary is up to AED 45,000 per month (plus benefits).
