Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with one of the most recognizable consulting brands in the world to assist in recruiting for a Learning & Development Manager.
In this role you will work closely with the L&D team to design and develop training programmes across multiple platforms whilst implementing a training calendar and ongoing reviews of training content to ensure that evolving needs are meet. You will be involved in the design of large scale training programmes, facilitate and design Train the Trainer courses as well as be proficient in designing blended learning programs to support e-learning, video and other online learning tools. This is a varied role and requires someone that is able to adapt quickly and has been involved in working to tight time frames.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 years’ experience in full cycle training with experience in the design and delivery of blended learning programmes. Experience in the design and development of E-learning platforms as well as strong facilitation skills are key to the success of this role. Ideally you will be degree educated or have a training qualification from CIPD or equivalent and have had experience in working with large scale events.
