- Knowledge of Training & Development functions for the Health Care Sector
- Evidence of knowledge of HR/Learning & Development best practices for the Health Care Industry.
- A clear understanding of any JCI requirements regarding the provision of training
- Able to develop visuals and other training materials for the training team
- Maintain accurate statistical records of training info / sessions to enable monthly audits
- Be able to utilise training evaluation to inform and improve delivery
- The ability to access training need of employees skills set and to recommend course of action to train and develop staff to bridge the gap.

We are now looking to appoint an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our busy Human Resources department.

The role of the Learning & Development Specialist is to develop and deliver standardised training, professional and personal development, to our organization’s workforce.

You will provide strategic and operational support to the Learning & Development Manager.

You will be expected to fulfill training needs identified through the organisations performance management processes, at all hospitals and branches, functions and projects in-line with Corporate HR strategy, policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Behavioural Science or related field.
- Supervisory experience will be an advantage.
- English language proficiency is essential
- Arabic or Hindi speaking is advantageous.
- Evidence of successful team working
- Previous experience of delivering training to large groups
- Knowledge of writing, developing and delivering training programmes
- A qualification in learning and development/training is desirable 3-4 years’ experience in the field of Training/ Organization Development and/or Quality
