Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose:
- Manage, maintain and improve the current L&D processes and procedures.
- Research, design/develop and implement valuable L&D interventions.
- Support in the annual TNA

Job Details:
- Responsible to translate business requirements into training's that will groom employees for the next step of their career path.
- Receive, screen and process applications for internal and external L&D activities ensuring internal approval processes are in order and coordinate with relevant persons / department to ensure payments are made.
- Coordinate the end to end L&D processes and activities
- Identify training service providers to best meet business/individual requirements and develop strong working relationships with service providers.
- Monthly reporting for key stakeholders and other L&D related reports as required.
- Set-up and maintain an accurate training record database for all internal and external programs across L&E.
- Drive L&D strategies within the organization in support of the above, working closely with line manager & HR Managers to develop the annual training plan that provides training evaluation collation, high potential development & succession plan.
- Develop or oversee the production of classroom handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
- Deliver training courses & direct structured learning experiences and monitor their quality results
- Acclimate new hires to the business and conduct orientation sessions
- Assess training effectiveness to ensure incorporation of taught skills and techniques into employees work behavior.
- Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes
- Stay abreast of the new trends and tools in employee development
- Draft and collate article contributions for various mediums such as company newsletter, magazine etc. under the general guidance of the HRM.
- Identify, map and implement process flows/ process improvements, under the guidance of the HRM.
- Coordinate the end to end process relating to support for tertiary education.
- Coordinate the end to end process relating to unique leisure operations L&D activities, E-Learning modules and the production of regular reports.
- Monitor and report all on job training activities (first steps).

Requirements

- BS degree in Education, Training, HR or related field
- Excellent command of Arabic & English language.
- Group Training Award/Train the Trainer
- Working knowledge of Dubai Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) vendor, learning program methodology and course structure evaluation.
- 3-5 years’ experience in an administrative function and experience in the coordination of end to end administration processes, preferably training coordination or within a training/L&D environment.
- Proven experience in designing multiple training events in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
- Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
- Ability to conduct cost-benefit analysis and calculate training ROI
- Adequate knowledge of learning management software
- Regular Regional Travel to destinations including UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan and Lebanon etc.
