Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Prepare lease documentation, including Offers to Lease, Leases, Amendments.
- Understand & manage day to day administration of leases & tenant billing.
- Manage the flow of all lease-related documents, maintain files to ensure that documentation is up to date at all times. prepare various lease supporting forms for management approval; distribute within Real Estate and Finance teams as required.
- Collect and maintain up to date insurance certificates all tenants & properties.
- Prepares timely and accurate reports from time-to-time be requested.
- Communicates and coordinates corrective systems actions which will involve either system enhancements, process changes, for continued efficient management of portfolio data.
- Accountable for coordinating specific activities of the office and maintaining to ensure the smooth operation of the real estate group.
- Monitor critical dates such as expiry dates, options to renew, options to terminate, etc.

Requirements

- Holder of Bachelor's degree (BBA or, Commerce).
- Computer Literate (Microsoft suite)
- ERP user
- 2 years Office administration, leasing, Budgeting/Finance
- Real Estate or Mall experience is a plus.
