Leasing Coordinator

Job description / Role

Mackenzie Jones is currently working in partnership with a well known family business to recruit for a leasing coordinator on a permanent basis located in Dubai. To be successful for this role it is essential that you have a RERA License and certificate.

Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following;
- Prepare lease agreements
- Manage the collection of payments
- Carry out move in and move out inspections
- Prepare refund statements
- Prepare LPO quotes and invoices
- Manage stock records
- Update annual maintenance contracts
- Deal with enquiries over the phone and e-mail from tenants, landlords and clients

Requirements

- A proven track record within a leasing office
- Excellent accuracy and numeracy
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and ability to work with complex spreadsheets
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle complaints in a professional manner
- Having a RERA license and certificate is essential
