Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for the leasing process from introduction to conversion to rent paying tenant. Also involves processing and maintaining agreements including collection of rental payments and management of tenants on a day to day basis.
- Negotiate favorable lease terms with existing tenants during the renewal process in order to maximize leasing revenues.
- Ensure all renewals are completed in a timely manner in accordance with the approved annual budget in order to maximize leasing occupancies.
- Manage and collect receivables, recovery of all dishonored cheques in coordination with finance.
- Maintain Legal Compliance by obtaining required documents of the day to day Landlord / Tenant relationship.
- Coordinate with service departments (engineering / security & housekeeping) with regards to tenant activities.

Requirements

- Holder of BBA or real estate related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years local experience in the Real Estate or Property Management.
- Retail experience in Malls, or shopping centers is desirable.
