Leasing Manager

Job description / Role

Salary: 20,000 AED to 30,000 AED

One of our prestigious clients has a diverse range of business each with a collective goal to positively contribute to the society. Founded in 1992, from its inception has branched into general trading, real estate development and construction related activities.

Due to their expanding nature, they are looking for a Leasing Manager. Reporting to the Head of the department, the Leasing Manager will be responsible for understanding that he represents the Company to their clients, and is the first point of contact focused on building relationship.

Job Description:
- Understand the product and market (property, neighborhood, demographic) to better serve clients
- Prepare Leasing Report for availability, pricing, and lettable dates of units
- Update marketing sites for new listings, close old listings, and make adjustments for live accuracy
- Schedule for new photography of units, property exteriors, and common areas
- Promptly respond to inquiries made via phone, e-mails, and text messages and provide accurate information
- Qualify strong clients and arrange for a viewing and tour
- Provide to clients First Class showing – perform a thorough check prior to meeting the client, prepare all paperwork, and ensure all aspects of the apartment and property are neat and tidy
- Work closely with other Team Members ensure First Class units and service
- Work closely with other Leasing Team Members (if any) to refer clients to other properties that may better suit their need

Requirements

- Strong time management skills – able to prioritize and multi-task
- Exemplary proficiency in English
- Excellent customer service attitude and mindset
- 4+ year of sales and leasing experience in real estate
- Driver’s License -UAE is a must
- Bachelor's Degree is a must
- Real estate license is a plus
