Leasing Manager - Abu Dhabi

Work for a leading client side developer in Abu Dhabi. Running a large mall with an array of strong anchor brands.

Client is a strong Abu Dhabi client side player with a strong portfolio of recurring revenue from existing assets. Having existed in the market for over 15 years, my client is well embedded within the Abu Dhabi property and real estate sphere.

The Leasing Manager is responsible for a multi level mall in Abu Dhabi. Over 200 stores housing 5+ very strong anchor brands.

The mall is one of my client's leading assets, so the new Leasing Manager is responsible for ongoing profitability by continuing to fill the mall with high quality tenants, thereby ensuring the ongoing success of the asset.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge and experience with Abu Dhabi and/or Dubai market leading retailers
- Understanding of retailer and anchor tenant mix
- Proven track record in Leasing Management with reputable mall operators
- Arabic speaker highly desirable
