Job description / Role
We are currently looking for a Leasing Manager to work for a Leading organisation in Hospitality/ Entertainment sector in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities
* Managing the leasing activities, tenant relations and tenant's property management
* Managing the sales leasing activities to achieve targets
* Being up to date with property development and market trends
* Handling the leasing agreements and commercial terms
* Negotiating with new and existing tenants while maintaining a relationship with them
* Managing the collections and tenancy contracts
* Preparing the budget and leasing plan
Requirements
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in leasing, facility management operations within retail/ entertainment/ hospitality industry
* Candidate must have a bachelor's degree
* Excellent knowledge of retail delivery, leasing and negotiation skills
* Strong leadership, communications and team management skills
* Knowledge of UAE laws (related to leasing)
