Job description / Role
* Oversee leasing of the company's assets (Labour Camps, Retail, Commercial & residential)
* Achieve leasing targets set by the Management and regularly monitor the progress to ensure that targets are achieved.
* Manage good tenant relationship.
* Research, analyse and document market information on different areas and sectors to help improve leasing strategy.
* Prepare renewal notices, lease agreements and tenant communications on a timely basis.
* Review all documents relating to lease.
* Coordinate filling and safe keeping of all leasing documents.
* Conduct periodic visits to properties to ensure compliance to agreements by tenants.
* Follow up in collections, updates & reports.
* Liaise with lawyers for legal requirements on documentation, contracts etc.
Requirements
* Certification From RERA.
* Fully conversant with the leasing strategies & tactics.
* Good knowledge of the brokers in the market.
* Inter personal & communication skills.
* Highly motivated & ability to work under pressure.
* Decision making ability on commercial decisions.
* Multi-tasking skills, courteous & presentable.
