Job description / Role
A leading Developer is seeking to recruit an experienced Leasing Manager to work on a major new project they have recently opened. The project itself is very unique as it offers people a comprehensive one stop shop for all medical and beauty needs with a wide range of hospitals, clinics and spas all in one location. The leasing manager will be responsible for leasing the units to different medical related companies, ie: hospitals, clinics, spas etc. This is a great role for someone who wants to join a great working environment and advance their career.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of commercial or retail leasing and also have leased to clinics or hospitals before.
You will be a self starter able to work on your own and happy to generate new leads and do business development.
