Job description / Role
Your experience in Leasing Management for Shopping Malls in the UAE is urgently required by my client. You will take on the role of Leasing Manager reporting to the Mall Manager. Your vast experience in the Leasing sector will help you bring this Mall up to 100% occupancy.
Requirements
- A Degree in Business or similar Masters would be preferred
- Currently leasing in the UAE – this is essential if you are not currently leasing for a Shopping Mall in the UAE please do not apply, as you will not be suitable for this position
- You must be leasing for the stores in the shopping centre not the property or other non-shopping related property
- Arabic language skills would be advantageous but not necessary
- Experience dealing with mid to high end brands is most suitable
