Job description / Role
- Generate revenue to the stores through short term and in-line store leasing.
- Add value to the property by providing guests experiences that would make their visit enjoyable.
- Generate additional revenue through media and sponsorship across all the centers.
- Centralize sub-leasing and all 3rd party contracts to the leasing departments to provide control and minimize risk
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of leasing and sponsorship management experience, preferably in the GCC region.
- Mixed use development experience.
- Strong leasing specific financial acumen and good technical knowledge of sub-leasing retail facilities.
- Good understanding of tenant mix and zoning.
