Description
* Preparing Board Resolutions and coordinating with entities in the Middle East
* Following up on Litigation with external counsel
* Updating data on lawsuits
* Assisting other entities on corporate matters
* Assisting the Legal Director on reviewing contracts

Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet all criteria
* Law degree from a reputable institution
* 3-5 years experience as a paralegal/junior legal counsel
