Employment: Full Time

Charterhouse is working with an International Aviation Company and is looking to hire a Legal Affairs Specialist to join their legal department in Dubai.

The Legal Affairs Specialist will primarily support the Legal Department with regards legal policies and internal positions to enable business decisions and further operations. The Legal Affairs Specialist will be drafting commercial and financial related agreements and will provide support, advice and guidance on liabilities, legal restrictions and risks of proposed transactions. Supports the negotiation of medium to high value agreements and independent negotiation of specialist agreements.

Requirements

The ideal candidate must be a Common Law Qualified Lawyer with 4-5 years post qualification experience. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and strong business acumen. Candidates already based in the Middle East are encouraged to apply.
