My client is seeking a confident legal and compliance professional who can comfortably lead these two functions and advise the board on strategic business direction.
Client Details
• A massive trading and manufacturing company in the agricultural business. With plants and facilities in MENA and a global export footprint.
Description
• Legal - generalist functions related to contracts, corporate, JV agreements etc
• Compliance - ability to mitigate risks, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, supporting management and board in interpreting regulations, and implementation of compliance systems

Requirements
Candidates who apply should meet all of the below criteria
• Qualified Lawyer with 10 - 15 years' experience
• Extensive experience in compliance and willingness to dedicate a good amount of time to this function
• Industry experience ideally trading/manufacturing/chemicals/FMCG
• Multinational corporation experience preferred
• Language: bilingual a must. Either English and Arabic OR English and French. Trilingual would be advantageous.
• Candidates will ideally already be in the UAE but can consider candidates in international markets who are willing to relocate
