Legal Assistant - Dubai

Our client based in Dubai are looking for an experienced Legal Assistant/Secretary to support the Chairman’s office and work together with other support staff.

Responsibilities:
- You will also be expected to help with general administration, minute meetings, type up any notes and action those points.

Enhance legal effectiveness by:
- Proof reading legal documents
- Tracking cases
- Pre drafting contracts
- Supporting attorney's proceedings
- Working together with the outsourced legal team and the Office/Business Manager to work effectively and hit deadlines.
- Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Requirements

- Arabic speaker
- Skills; Reporting, research, legal administration, organisation attention to detail confidentiality
- Legal assistant background, minimum 5 years.
- Confident, able and thick skinned
- Able to work meticulously and in a demanding environment.
