Job description / Role
The main objective is to provide assistance in all the legal matters and advise in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, etc. You will be responsible for defending the rights and the legitimate interests of the party or the clients.
You are responsible for drafting and reviewing the legal filings and drafting technically correct opinions. Also responsible for maintaining client relationships and conducts new research work as well.
The key responsibilities that need to be handled:
• To provide legal advice to the firm on various matters.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
• Check the details of the contracts and filter the agreement criteria.
• In case of any disputes, they have to handle the legal problems and issues.
• Prepare and file legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds
• To obtain expert support as well as feedback during the entire project so that the legal work procedures proceed without any interruptions
• You must research well into the different legal rules and should stay updated about any changes.
• To provide legal advice to the firm on various matters.
• Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses.
