Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible for the preparation and improvement of system documents relate to legal affairs in the MENA region.
- Liaising with the law firms and lawyers; supervise and evaluate the work of the lawyers.
- Review tender documents for overseas projects/EPC contracts, consortium agreements, agent agreements, supply agreements about major equipment, etc.; participate in the negotiation of EPC contract, supply agreements about major equipment; review agreements about investment projects.
- Other contracts review relate to major business issues.
- Conduct research and analysis of legal issues for new or under construction projects.
- Participate in the legal dispute, claim, the counterclaim of the abroad projects, provide professional legal support.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience within a corporate and legal environment, in MENA region relevant experience and network.
- UAE experience of at least 1 year.
- Bachelor degree in law.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Verbal and written fluency in English.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
