Work as part of the EMEA Legal team for this global conglomerate

Client Details

A North American HQ business services company with over 100,000 employees

Description

* Support the business on execution of corporate transactions and matters
* Lead contracts negotiations with internal and external stakeholders
* Implement and manage data protection and anti-bribery controls
* Work alongside the legal team and instruct outside counsel on complex matters

Requirements

Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:

* Common Law qualified from a top tier university and registered solicitor/lawyer
* Trained and practised at a tier 1 Law firm (Magic Circle, Silver Circle, White Shoe)
* 4-8 years post qualifying experience (combined private practice and in-house experience)
* UAE experience is a must
