Job description / Role
• Providing legal advice and support to HE and all its Subsidiaries, as required in order to minimize legal risk and costs, reduce litigation exposure, and ensure legal compliance.
• Contract drafting: Drafting of new company contract templates and working on its existing templates.
• Negotiation: Review and negotiate external contracts to attain the best interest of the company
• Legal consultation: providing legal opinion on various aspects of law pertaining to queries incoming from the subsidiaries
• Litigation: Case management, drafting of defence, and coordination with the lawyers and experts.
• Corporate Governance Review: Review and advice on various company internal documents/circulars/policies.
• Perform additional responsibilities that may be added from time to time depending on organizational requirements
Requirements
Qualification:
• Min Bachelor Degree in Law
• Min 10 Years working experience in a reputed company .
Technical/Work Related Skills :
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Business Communication (written/oral)
• Excellent Knowledge of UAE labor law
• Excellent Knowledge of UAE corporate law
• Ability to grasp/understand technical requirements
• Research Abilities
• Ability to draft, manage and administer contracts
• Awareness of the conduct of arbitration
