Legal Counsel - Legal - Al Futtaim Group - Dubai, UAE

The role of a Legal Counsel would be to support the General Manager of Legal in all legal work related to finance and Merger & Acquisition for the Al Futtaim Group. The role will involve acting as internal legal counsel and will involve extensive dealings directly with the business of the company. The candidate will be required to have a strong background in dealing with the reviewing, drafting and negotiating of banking & finance, and Merger & Acquisition transactions. The role will offer and require flexibility and will involve legal counsel in a variety of other types of transactions.

This role will be based out of the Dubai Festival Tower head office at Dubai Festival City. The incumbent would be reporting to the General Manager Legal-Finance & M&A.

Requirements

We are looking for a person professionally qualified in legal (UK, EU, US or other equivalent).

Experience in legal work related to either finance, M&A or banking is a must.
