Charterhouse is working with a global exhibition that is looking to hire a senior Lawyer to undertake a key role in relation to the projects legal work, i.e. revolving around commercial and events, with aspects of broadcasting, sponsorship, technology, telecoms and digital agreements. The organisation is high profile, interacting with global leading companies for the supply of services.

The role will involve working closely with the internal stakeholders, representing and supporting the negotiation, as well as implementing legal agreements to facilitate the event. You will be working closely with the head of legal to manage / support the existing legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved with a noteworthy / once in a life time event.

Requirements

The successful candidate should be a qualified lawyer, with more than 15 years demonstrable experience in relation to commercial legal work. Experience should include working with commercial supply agreements, technology, telecoms and digital agreements, ideally for events. Arabic language skills are not required. Competitive remuneration and package on offer to attract an experienced individual. There is an interest in individuals already in the UAE, but those able to relocate with an exceptional skill set on short notice are of particular interest. The role will be for 18 months so applicants must be comfortable with undertaking a role for that length of time.
