Work in the legal teams focusing on Real Estate and Hotel investments

Real estate development and investment company in the leisure and lifestyle sector
Description
Identify business objectives of direct sales / rent / construction / licensing / consulting transactions, capital markets, related issues, and facilitates risk/benefit analysis
- Agreements/Contracts & documents management - 50%;
- Regulatory support (Negotiations about Agreements disputes) - 20%;
- Risk management - 20%;
- People management - 10%.
Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet all the below criteria:
- Western/Common Law Qualified Lawyer with over 5 years PQE
- Based in the UAE (Willing and able to work in Ras Al-Khaimah)
- Significant experience handling investments in Real Estate and Hospitality
