Position Title: Legal Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
• Ensure legal integrity of all existing company contracts and tender documents
• Review any potential cases and advice management accordingly
• Liaise with different business units leaders to ensure that on contracts where legal risks have been identified , appropriate courses of action have been taken
• Advocate compliance on internal policies and procedures for all types of business transactions documents
• Prepare quarterly reports regarding legal assessment implications for continuous process improvement within the organization
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Arabic nationals
• Male, 40 years old and below
• At least 5 years of UAE experience with background in group of companies
• Experienced with laws dealing with commercial/contract administration and labour laws
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
