Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Client is a leading international law firm, providing clients with commercially aware legal advice operating in over 20 office worldwide. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced PA for their office in Dubai.

The successful candidate will have preferably have 2-3 year’s work experience behind them working ideally within a Corporate Commercial department and the Financial Markets Department of a law firm. You must be Flexible and have a willingness to work additional hours on occasion as required.

Experience working within an International Law firm is also highly advantageous as is UAE experience.

Requirements

- Extensive management of on-line diaries, booking appointments and arranging meetings, updates as required
- Legal Document amendment for partners
- Flexible float PA for other Partners/Associates in the office when required
- Travel Bookings, organizing business travel and accommodation bookings for Partners/Associates
- Expenses and Timesheets, you will be required to Coordinating and prepare monthly expenses claims and fortnightly timesheet submissions for Partners/Executives
- Client relationships
- General administration, you will be required to proofread and finalizing of documents when required i.e. presentations, proposals, letters etc.
- General filing and Billing

The suitable candidate will be well presented with good communication and organization skills. Microsoft office proficient and flexible with working hours as this will be a demanding role.
